KYML Directories Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website www.kyml.ca (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the site and all products and services offered by KYML Directories Inc., and outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you fill out survey questions and schedule appointments regarding digital marketing and sales.

By accessing or using the website www.kyml.ca (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.

2. Services Offered

KYML Directories Inc. provides consulting services related to digital marketing and sales funnels, including but not limited to 1-1 consulting sessions, surveys, and appointment scheduling.

My Hero's Journal is a product of KYML Directories Inc. providing a community platform to access brain health and mental health resources. 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when filling out surveys or scheduling appointments. You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services will be processed through Stripe, PayPal, and/or Payments AI. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Site and services. All transactions are subject to Stripe’s, PayPal's, and/or Payments AI's Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of KYML Directories Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYML Directories Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KYML Directories Inc., its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
